Cross-world addressing (text)

So I've started to look into those "cross-world" URLs I got sent a little while ago.
It's actually really interesting-- you'd expect since they're all from "another world" that they'd have the same addressing, and they do-- or at least, very similar until much later on when you get to the URLs themselves.
The front of the URL is marked CWHTTPS, which explains why my off-app browser decided this was no time to be playing games. Eventually it got to an "HTTPS://" which i decided to unpack on its own...
And got me to the ordinary sites, as you might expect.
But now I'm starting to think.
I wonder what happens if you change a bit on the address and try to send a message?
This is deep magic, but if it can consistently send... I wonder what else you could do with it...?
Can anyone who still has proper net access send me some links? Now I'm getting curious.
